Day of Coordination
We want you to enjoy your day! We start with an initial phone call to go over details, ideas and expectations. Once all information is discussed a price proposal is given.
Day of coordination includes assistance with set up, vendor and guest coordination, any additional instructions throughout the event and assistance with clean up.
Before the event, there will be an in person meeting to go over set up and details. The coordinator will also touch base on a weekly/biweekly basis with the ability to contact the coordinator freely.
